Per Section 8 (Regular and Annual Meetings) of Article 3 (Directors) of the FoCM Bylaws an election of 2013 FoCM Board Members was held on January 2, 2013. A slate of twelve Directors was chosen. These are: Maria Balestrieri, Ann Clark, Lisa Digirolamo, Phil Enis, Bob Frantz, Gus Guibert, Mark Hawthorne, Midge Lingvai, Joe Litehiser, Yukiko Meadows, Teri Low, and Tom McIntyre.
Regular public meetings of the Board are generally held monthly, on the first Wednesday of the month. As in the past, agendas are planned to be made available before the meetings both on the FoCM website (http://campmather.com/) and through notice to the FoCM email distribution list.
FoCM recognizes, with gratitude, the many contributions of the departing 2012 board members: Matt Cory, Mark Lutrell, and Theresa Shanley, and especially our past president, Robin Sherrer, who, along with Susan Marshall, Jane Lehman, Shirley Barisone and Tony Patch, was a founding member of FoCM as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation.
